Manufacturing ​/ Production Helper, Manufacturing Production

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading raw materials and finished products.
• Organize and distribute fabrics, trims, and other materials to workers on the production floor.
• Ensure that all materials are stored properly and are easily accessible to the production team.
• Support machine operators in monitoring machine performance and assist with adjustments as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the factory floor.
• Follow safety protocols and assist in maintaining a safe working environment by ensuring the proper handling of materials and equipment.
• Assist workers with tasks such as cutting, folding, or packing apparel items.
• Support production teams with general duties to meet production deadlines.

• Formal education is required, ability to read and write.
• On-the-job training is typically provided.
• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving materials.
• Basic understanding of factory machinery and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift materials throughout the workday.
