Vision Industries LLC is a leading provider of integrated manufacturing and bespoke metal fabrication solutions in the UAE. We are currently seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Site / Field Supervisor to oversee our field operations, manage installation teams, and ensure flawless project execution.

As a Site/Field Supervisor, you will be the bridge between our engineering design team and the final physical installation. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating labor, and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship on-site. The ideal candidate must have a sharp eye for detail, a strong grasp of technical drawings, and a zero‑tolerance policy for poor finishing or structural defects.

• Site Management:
  Oversee and coordinate daily on‑site operations, ensuring projects progress safely, on schedule, and according to engineering specifications.
• Team Leadership:
  Supervise, motivate, and manage on‑site installation teams, fabricators, and sub‑contractors. Clear tasks and assign responsibilities daily.
• Quality Control & Finishing:
  Conduct strict inspections of all installations. Ensure a flawless finish with zero tolerance for marks, bumps, or structural imperfections before final client handover.
• Technical Compliance:
  Read, interpret, and implement technical/structural drawings accurately on‑site.
• Reporting & Coordination:
  Maintain regular communication with project managers and the production team to report site progress, resolve technical bottlenecks, and manage material supply logistics.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Enforce strict adherence to UAE site safety standards, PPE requirements, and company administrative protocols.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Field Supervisor in the UAE, ideally within metal fabrication, structural steel, or integrated manufacturing sectors.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong ability to read and interpret complex engineering, fabrication, and structural blueprints.
• Leadership:
  Proven track record of managing and controlling labor/installation teams on active job sites.
• Eye for Detail:
  Exceptional focus on premium‑quality finishing and craftsmanship to eliminate project rejections.
• Communication:
  Fluent in English (Hindi/Urdu is a strong advantage for team coordination).
• License: A valid UAE Driving License is highly preferred for commuting between fabrication facilities and client sites.
