Vision Industries LLC is a Sharjah-based company specializing in custom metal fabrication, structural steel works, and premium metal installations for residential and commercial projects across the UAE. We deliver high-quality, precision-engineered solutions from design and fabrication through to on-site installation and final handover.

• Oversee and coordinate daily on‑site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with engineering specifications.
• Supervise, motivate, and manage on‑site installation teams, fabricators, and sub‑contractors; assign clear daily tasks and monitor performance.
• Conduct rigorous quality inspections of all installations with zero tolerance for defects, marks, bumps, or structural issues prior to client handover.
• Accurately read, interpret, and implement technical, fabrication, and structural drawings on site.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers and the production team; report progress, resolve technical issues, and coordinate material logistics.
• Enforce strict adherence to UAE site safety standards, PPE requirements, and company administrative protocols.

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Field Supervisor in the UAE, preferably in metal fabrication, structural steel, or integrated manufacturing environments.
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex engineering, fabrication, and structural blueprints.
• Demonstrated track record of effectively managing and controlling labor/installation teams on active job sites.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to premium‑quality finishing and craftsmanship.
• Fluent in English (Hindi/Urdu is a strong advantage for effective team coordination).
• Valid UAE Driving License is highly preferred (for travel between fabrication facilities and client sites).

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting shop drawings, structural steel fabrication drawings, and 3D models (AutoCAD, Tekla, or similar software experience is a strong plus).
• Sound knowledge of metal fabrication processes (cutting, welding, bending, drilling, powder coating, etc.) and common materials (mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum).
• Familiarity with on‑site installation techniques for structural steel, handrails, canopies, facades, stairs, gates, and custom metalwork.
• Basic understanding of quantity take‑offs, material estimation, and site inventory management.
• Experience with quality control tools and methods (e.g., welding inspection, level/plumb checks, surface finish standards).
• Strong site safety knowledge with IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent certification.
• Valid UAE driving license with willingness to travel between workshop and multiple client sites.
