Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily production activities
- Coordinate with the design project and installation teams
- Review technical drawings and production requirements
- Monitor fabrication printing painting assembly and finishing processes
- Ensure product quality meets client specifications and company standards
- Manage materials manpower and production schedules
- Monitor machine utilization and maintenance requirements
- Control production costs and minimize material wastage
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate site installations and project handovers
- Prepare production reports and updates for management
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in the signage and advertising industry
- Knowledge of signage fabrication materials and production processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical and shop drawings
- Strong communication, planning, and team management skills
