We are seeking a skilled, quality‑driven Powder Coating & Spray Painter to ensure our fabricated metal products receive a flawless, high‑durability finish that meets strict industrial and premium architectural standards.

• Powder Coating Operations:
  Professionally operate both manual and automated powder coating guns to ensure uniform, defect‑free coverage on various metal substrates (galvanized steel, aluminum, black mild steel, etc.).
• Enamel Spray Painting:
  Prepare and apply liquid enamel‑based paints using conventional air spray or airless spray equipment for structural elements, heavy steel components, or specific industrial coatings.
• Surface Preparation:
  Inspect and prepare metal surfaces prior to painting. Ensure all parts are thoroughly degreased, blasted, or pre‑treated, and completely free of dust, oil, or rust to ensure maximum paint adhesion.
• Curing Process Management:
  Load and monitor parts in the curing ovens. Maintain strict awareness of optimal baking time‑and‑temperature profiles tailored to different powder types and metal thicknesses to avoid under‑curing or over‑baking.
• Quality Control & Finishing:
  Conduct visual inspections of finished components. Enforce a zero‑tolerance policy for surface defects such as orange peel, pinholes, sagging, runs, light spots, or dust contamination.
• Equipment Maintenance:
  Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of spray guns, powder hoppers, paint pumps, hoses, and booth filters to ensure optimal operational efficiency and minimize downtime.

Experience:

2-4 years of proven experience operating manual or automated powder coating systems AND liquid spray‑painting setups within a high‑volume industrial manufacturing or metal fabrication environment.

• Solid understanding of powder properties, electrostatic charges, and film thickness metrics (microns).
• Strong familiarity with mixing, thinning, and applying enamel‑based liquid paints.
• Practical knowledge of metal surface preparation techniques and curing/drying times.
• Physical Endurance:
  Ability to stand for long periods, maneuver bulky/heavy fabricated assemblies onto conveyor hooks or paint racks, and work comfortably in a fast‑paced, high‑temperature production environment (especially near curing ovens).
• Safety & Health Focus:
  Uncompromising commitment to workplace safety. Must strictly comply with all PPE requirements, including the continuous and proper use of air‑purifying respirators, safety glasses, and protective painter suits inside the booth.
• Language:
  Basic English communication skills; ability to speak or understand Hindi/Urdu is highly advantageous for workshop coordination.
