Production Operator

Batch Production – Sharjah

Responsible for ensuring all operational activities are completed in line with the local SOP and safety standards.

• Receive and prepare raw materials, mix, mill, and fill batches.
• Handle materials safely, complying with safety standards and using appropriate PPE and handling equipment.
• Operate manual and semi‑automatic machinery such as mixers, grinders, and filling machines following operating procedures.
• Adjust machine settings and monitor operations to ensure product consistency and quality.
• Conduct in‑process quality checks per product specifications and report deviations to the supervisor.
• Follow all HSE, health, safety, and environment standards, especially regarding flammable and hazardous substances; adhere to all PPE requirements.
• Record and maintain accurate production documentation for traceability.
• Perform routine cleaning of equipment and production areas to prevent cross‑contamination, following cleaning procedures for tanks, mixers, pumps, etc.
• Label and dispose of waste, including solvents and rejected products, in accordance with environmental and safety regulations; maintain the Reuse Solvent Register.
• Collaborate with operators, QC staff, and supervisors to ensure seamless production flow and address operational issues.

• SSC/SSLC mandatory

• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Experience in paints manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in English language mandatory.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
