Key Responsibilities
* Plan, schedule, and control workshop production activities to meet operational demands and deadlines.
* Monitor workflow, manage resources, and ensure efficient utilization of personnel and equipment.
* Ensure strict compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
* Coordinate seamlessly with various departments to ensure smooth material flow and timely task completion.
* Implement and continuously improve production control processes for optimal efficiency and productivity.
* Generate comprehensive reports on production progress, performance, and identify potential issues or bottlenecks.## Requirements
* Proven experience in a production control or similar management role, preferably within an aviation workshop or manufacturing environment.
* Strong understanding of aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) processes.
* Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in relevant production planning software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
* Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.## Benefits
