- Monitor fermentation and baking processes, and precisely adjust quantities and weights to achieve optimal results.
- Operate and utilize bakery equipment and tools in a correct and safe manner.
- Adhere to daily production schedules, minimize waste, and maintain product quality.
- Comply with work instructions and procedures, and submit periodic reports to the direct supervisor as required.
- Maintain general and personal hygiene, and adhere to health and safety standards as well as the company's approved uniform policy.
