Senior Production Engineer

- Lead and oversee end-to-end production operations
- Ensure delivery of production targets in quality, cost & timelines
- Optimize shopfloor operations, manpower planning & workflows
- Work on process improvements, WIP control & productivity enhancement
- Leverage data, ERP systems & Industrial IoT for operational excellence
- Strong analytical and planning skills in manufacturing environments
- 8–10 years of HVAC manufacturing experience
- Be part of a leading HVAC manufacturer in the region
- Work on impact-driven projects in a fast-paced environment
