We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations for a leading personal care & hygiene products manufacturer.
Must-Have:- 5+ years of production experience in Paper, Packaging, Perfume, Tissue, Nonwoven, or Related Manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization & quality systems
- Experience managing production teams, KPIs, productivity & wastage control
- Hands‑on exposure to Lean Manufacturing, GMP, 5S & Continuous Improvement
- ERP knowledge and strong coordination with QA, Maintenance & Supply Chain
- GCC manufacturing experience
- Immediate or short notice candidates
