Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of fabrication processes, changes, and improvements for future reference.
• Provide technical support and guidance to production teams, troubleshooting issues to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians in fabrication techniques and safety protocols, fostering skill development.

• Strong understanding of materials science, enabling informed decisions regarding material selection and usage.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma, highlighting a commitment to continuous improvement in fabrication processes.
