Orange Smith UAE is a growing jewellery manufacturing company based in the United Arab Emirates, specializing in the production of high-quality gold and diamond jewellery. We are committed to operational excellence, superior craftsmanship, innovation, and continuous improvement. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations.

We are seeking a highly experienced Production Manager with a proven background in Gold & Diamond Jewellery Manufacturing
. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the entire production function, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining the highest quality standards, and delivering production targets while managing cross-functional manufacturing teams.

Please Note: This is a senior-level position and is not suitable for junior or assistant-level candidates.

• Lead and manage end-to-end jewellery manufacturing operations from production planning through final dispatch.
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet business objectives and delivery schedules.
• Supervise and lead production teams to achieve productivity, quality, and operational targets.
• Coordinate closely with Design, CAD, CAM, CNC, Wax, Casting, Mounting, Stone Setting, Polishing, Quality Control, and Dispatch departments.
• Monitor production efficiency, labour productivity, material consumption, gold recovery, inventory control, and wastage reduction.
• Ensure proper handling and control of precious metals, diamonds, gemstones, and manufacturing inventory.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, safety procedures, and operational best practices.
• Prepare production reports, KPIs, and performance analysis for senior management.
• Work closely with Procurement, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Logistics, and Sales teams to ensure smooth production operations.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience in Gold & Diamond Jewellery Manufacturing
  .
• Experience managing complete jewellery production operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience with leading jewellery manufacturers such as Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Joyalukkas, Kalyan Jewellers, Titan (Tanishq), Damas
  , or similar organizations will be highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes, including Casting, CAD/CAM, CNC, Wax, Mounting, Stone Setting, Polishing, Quality Control, and Final Finishing
  .
• Experience handling 18K, 21K, and 22K gold jewellery production will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, production planning, workforce management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with ERP systems and production management software is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• UAE or GCC experience will be an added advantage.
