Fragrance Lab Manager and Perfumer Assistant

This is a part-time, on-site role based in our facility in Sharjah (Sajaa area) for a Fagrance Lab Manager and Perfumer Assistant with potential to become a full-time role. The role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and tracking client samples, fragrance materials and finished products to ensure accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment. The Fagrance Lab Manager and Perfumer Assistant will support production by preparing samples, weighing materials, assisting with batching and blending, labeling, and packaging, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

The role also includes coordinating stock movements, monitoring supply levels, and collaborating with the perfumer and wider team to meet production schedules and quality standards.

• Experience in lab or warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock organization, and order fulfillment.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or production environments, preferably in fragrances, cosmetics, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control in handling, labeling, and packaging products.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Comfort with moderate physical work, including standing, lifting, moving, and arranging stock in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, compliant workspace.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with perfumer, suppliers, and clients.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, fragrance, chemistry, or a related creative/technical field is an advantage.
• Proficiency in basic computer tools or inventory systems is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further training or certification in manufacturing, formulation, fragrance or laboratory work is a plus.
• Proficiency in English spoken and written. Knowledge of spoken Arabic is a plus.
