Unlock your potential with us! The key responsibility of this role is to measure, examine, and test one or more characteristics of a product and compare with pre-determined specifications to determine conformity.
Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to:
- Operate and monitor the multi-tint dispensing machine
- Dispense colorants accurately according to approved formulas and production orders
- Verify color accuracy and make adjustments as required
- Perform color matching and tint corrections when necessary
- Clean and maintain tinting equipment to prevent contamination
- Conduct routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety regulations
- Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance for repairs
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with housekeeping standards
The role will be based in Sharjah (UAE) and will report to the Senior Warehouse Supervisor.
Open for shift work, overtime, and lifting materials up to company-defined limits.
Qualifications and Experience- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is an advantage
- 1–3 years of experience in paint manufacturing, coatings, or tinting operations is preferred
- Knowledge of color matching and tinting systems is desirable
- Basic computer skills for operating automated tinting equipment
- Knowledge of paint tinting and color matching
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Machine operation and basic troubleshooting
- Quality inspection and documentation
- Good communication and teamwork
- Time management and organizational skills
