Indian Baker - Sharjah

We are seeking a skilled Indian Baker to join our bakery team in Sharjah. You will be responsible for creating a variety of delicious breads, pastries, and other baked goods following traditional recipes and techniques. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Baker, preferably in a commercial bakery setting. You must be able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and other ingredients according to recipes
• Shape and bake breads, pastries, cookies, cakes and other baked goods
• Decorate and finish products with glazes, icings or toppings
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure high quality products
• Keep work area clean and organized at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary or baking certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a commercial bakery setting
• Knowledge of baking ingredients and techniques; familiarity with traditional Indian baking is a plus
• Able to read and follow recipes accurately
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high quality baked goods

We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month along with accommodation. Additionally, we provide free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket from India.
