Material Handling Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Material Handling Specialist to join our team in Sharjah. As a Material Handling Specialist, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving materials throughout our facility using various equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.

• Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment to move materials within the facility
• Inspect equipment before use and report any maintenance or safety issues
• Load and unload materials from trucks or storage areas
• Organise and maintain inventory of materials
• Ensure materials are properly labelled and stored in designated areas
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents or damage to materials
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of materials to production areas
• Assist with physical inventory counts as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Material Handler or similar role
• Valid forklift operator certification preferred
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to material handling
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work in a physically demanding environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. Accommodation will be provided, along with visa sponsorship for Indian nationals.
