• setting up and operating CNC machines according to instructions provided by management
• monitor the machine’s performance during production runs
• adjust settings as needed
• adjust tools as necessary
• inspect finished parts
• perform basic maintenance on the machines
• maintain accurate records of material usage and quantity produced

• at least 1 year of experience operating CNC machines in an industrial setting
• excellent communication skills
• the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• strong problem-solving skills
• knowledge of safety regulations related to machine operation
• attention to detail
• good time management skills
• the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary
