We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our bakery in Sharjah UAE As a Baker you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads pastries and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards
Responsibilities- Measure and mix ingredients to create doughs or batters
- Shape dough into loaves or rolls before placing them in ovens
- Monitor baking process and adjust oven temperatures as needed
- Decorate and glaze pastries and other desserts
- Ensure proper storage of baked goods
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Train new bakers as needed
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a professional bakery setting
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read recipes and measure ingredients accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of baked goods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Preference will be given to Indian candidates with English language proficiency
This is a contract job with free visa and ticket provided
