Duties and Responsibilities

Adhere to the Howco Group H&S Environmental and Quality policies

Operate a range of metal cutting saws machines and Saw components as per the drawing /routing instructions

100 % inspection of completed parts as per the drawing / routing instructions steps.

Report daily production to immediate supervisor

Handle material (raw & machined) in a safe and effective manner as per the HSE requirements

Ensure that housekeeping standards are maintained in accordance with Company requirements.

Perform General Tasks if and when required.

Awareness of Howco HSE Policy, Conscious on related Policies

Knowledge in working with saw machines with effective cutting parameters in relation to various materials.

Knowledge in measuring equipment and ability to understand simple engineering drawings

Knowledge in material handling, crane & forklift

Willingness to accept ownership of housekeeping standards.

Zero safety, environmental or quality incidents.

Meeting the productivity in effective manner

DOT and highest level on quality policy

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Awareness of HSE, Existence and Key points

ITI / Basic higher secondary school completion or 3 years work experience in saw cutting machines

Minimum 2 years inspection experience in machine shop industrial or equivalent

Higher secondary qualification or equivalent

Similar experience in ensuring housekeeping standards in accordance with company standards.

Positive attitude to Operational change and plant efficiency improvements
