Operations Manager Lubricants Manufacturing Terminal Operations Full-Time Position UAE Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the safe efficient and profitable operation of our lubricants manufacturing facility and terminal The role will be responsible for production blending bulk liquid storage tank farm operations loading and unloading material handling inventory maintenance coordination HSE and operational personnel The successful candidate will ensure uninterrupted operations consistent product quality accurate inventory control and timely customer deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of safety operational discipline and regulatory compliance Key Responsibilities Manage the complete lubricants manufacturing and terminal operation Oversee blending filling packaging and bulk product handling Manage tank farm and terminal activities including receiving storage transfers and dispatch of base oils additives and finished products Coordinate tanker loading unloading and ensure safe transfer operations Plan production and terminal activities according to customer requirements and inventory levels Maintain optimum stock levels of base oils additives packaging materials and finished lubricants Monitor production efficiency tank utilization product losses downtime and operating costs Ensure accurate tank measurements stock reconciliation and inventory records Coordinate laboratory quality activities to ensure products meet specifications Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure tanks pumps pipelines blending equipment filling lines and other critical assets remain operational Implement and enforce strong HSE procedures including safe chemical handling spill prevention emergency preparedness and permit-to-work systems Lead supervise and develop production terminal warehouse and operational staff Ensure compliance with applicable UAE regulations environmental requirements and company operating procedures Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive measures Prepare operational reports and monitor key performance indicators Work closely with procurement logistics sales and senior management to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.

The role will be responsible for production, blending, bulk liquid storage, tank farm operations, loading and unloading, material handling, inventory, maintenance coordination, HSE and operational personnel.

The successful candidate will ensure uninterrupted operations, consistent product quality, accurate inventory control and timely customer deliveries, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, operational discipline and regulatory compliance.

• Manage the complete lubricants manufacturing and terminal operation.
• Oversee blending, filling, packaging and bulk product handling.
• Manage tank farm and terminal activities, including receiving, storage, transfers and dispatch of base oils, additives and finished products.
• Coordinate tanker loading/unloading and ensure safe transfer operations.
• Plan production and terminal activities according to customer requirements and inventory levels.
• Maintain optimum stock levels of base oils, additives, packaging materials and finished lubricants.
• Monitor production efficiency, tank utilization, product losses, downtime and operating costs.
• Ensure accurate tank measurements, stock reconciliation and inventory records.
• Coordinate laboratory/quality activities to ensure products meet specifications.
