Joinery Production Manager
Manage and oversee the complete Joinery Production amp Factory Operations Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely project delivery Supervise production teams manpower machinery and workshop activities Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process Monitor material consumption wastage and production costs Coordinate with Projects Design Procurement QA QC and Site Teams Drive productivity efficiency and continuous improvement within the factory
Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering Mandatory.
15 20 years of total experience, with strong experience in Joinery Production / Manufacturing.
Proven experience managing large-scale joinery factory operations.
Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes, materials and machinery.
UAE/GCC experience in Joinery / Furniture / Fit-out industry preferred.
Strong leadership, production planning and team management skills.
