Entry-Level Blast Furnace Worker

We are seeking an entry-level Blast Furnace Worker to join our team at our facility in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with no prior work experience and the ability to work without accommodation.
As a Blast Furnace Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Operating and maintaining blast furnaces to produce iron or steel.
- Monitoring equipment, adjusting controls, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
- Loading and unloading materials into the furnace and ensuring a safe and efficient production process.
Additional responsibilities include ensuring a safe and efficient production process, and following all safety procedures.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Physically fit and able to work in a high-temperature environment.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Possessing experience working in industrial or manufacturing settings will be given preference.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
No English language skills are required for this position.
