Marble Production Manager
Plan and manage daily marble production schedules.
Supervise production staff and allocate tasks efficiently.
Review shop drawings, BOQs, cutting lists, and production requirements.
Coordinate cutting, CNC fabrication, polishing, finishing, and quality control.
Ensure accurate dimensions, finishes, and material quality.
Optimize slab usage and minimize material wastage.
Coordinate with QS, drafting, procurement, and installation teams.
Monitor production progress and ensure project deadlines are met.
Inspect finished products before delivery to site.
Maintain production records, reports, and material requirements.
Ensure proper machine operation, workshop organization, and safety procedures.
Resolve production issues and technical challenges promptly
Strong hands-on experience in CNC and Waterjet stone production
.Good knowledge of CNC programming, cutting, profiling, drilling, and edge processing
.Experience with
Waterjet cutting, complex patterns, mosaics, inlays, and custom designs
.Good understanding of marble and natural stone fabrication and finishing
.Ability to read shop drawings, cutting lists, and technical details
.Immediate joiner preferred.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
