- Precisely measure and mix epoxy resin and silicone components, adhering to exact ratios to ensure optimal curing and material integrity.
- Prepare molds by cleaning, degreasing, and applying release agents to guarantee easy demolding and a flawless finish on cast parts.
- Operate and maintain specialized casting equipment, including vacuum chambers and degassing machines, to eliminate air bubbles and achieve professional-quality results.
- Perform intricate mold making and casting for complex prototypes and production parts, requiring a keen eye for detail and steady hands.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent;
Associate's degree in a technical field is a plus.Has 2+ years of hands-on experience working with epoxy resins and silicone molding techniques.
Demonstrates proficiency in operating vacuum degassing equipment and casting machinery.
Exhibits a strong understanding of material properties and their behavior during the curing process.
