Production–Sales Coordinator; Glass Processing Industry

We are looking for an experienced “Arab National” Coordinator to act as the communication link between our Production and Sales departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day order flow and on-time delivery.

• Serve as the primary liaison between Sales and Production teams
• Track and monitor daily orders, order status, and production requirements
• Communicate order specifications, priorities, and changes clearly to production
• Follow up on order progress and flag delays or issues proactively
• Coordinate scheduling to align production capacity with sales commitments
• Maintain accurate records of orders, timelines, and production updates
• Resolve discrepancies between order requirements and production capabilities

• Prior experience in the glass processing industry
  , in a similar coordination role (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of glass production processes and order management
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

• Cross-functional communication
• Time and priority management
• Familiarity with glass processing terminology and workflow
