Manufacturing Chemist; Wet Wipes​/Cosmetics

Job Description

We are seeking 2-3 experienced and detail-oriented Manufacturing Chemists to oversee formulation quality control technical documentation and production processes at our manufacturing facility.

• Formulation amp R amp D Assist in formula creation solution testing and product development for wet wipes cosmetics hygiene and personal care products.
• Quality Assurance amp Control Conduct stringent quality checks on raw materials chemical solutions and finished products to maintain strict standards.
• Production Management Scrutinize daily manufacturing operations prepare job cards oversee liquid mixing processes and assist with core production workflows.
• Technical Documentation Prepare and maintain essential product-related documents including Batch Production Records BPR Safety Data Sheets SDS Certificates of Analysis COA and Product Information Files PIF.
• Process amp Inventory Support Monitor chemical stock levels minimize ingredient wastage enforce hygiene protocols on the shop floor and fulfill all routine chemist duties.

• Experience:
  
  23 years of experience as a Chemist in wet wipes manufacturing, personal care, cosmetics, or hygiene products.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
• Key
  
  Skills:
  
  Practical knowledge of cosmetic/hygiene formulation, quality control procedures, job card execution, and factory compliance documentation.
• Availability:
  Candidate must be ready for immediate joining.
