Production Engineer HVAC Accessories Manufacture

• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities for grilles, diffusers, dampers, ducts, filters and other hvac accessories

• Ensure production targets are met in terms of quality, quantity, and delivery timelines.

• Supervise machine operation, assembly lines, and manpower utilization.

• Optimize production processes for efficiency, material usage, and cost reduction.

• Troubleshoot technical or process-related issues on the shop floor.

• Coordinate with the design and quality teams to ensure compliance with product specifications and standards.

• Implement and maintain manufacturing practices, and safety protocols.

• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed to minimize equipment downtime.

• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and SAP entries.

Assist in the development of jigs, fixtures, and tooling for better production output

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.

• 2–5 years of experience in HVAC or sheet metal product manufacturing.

• Hands-on knowledge of HVAC accessories like grilles, diffusers, volume control dampers, and flexible ducts.

• Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication

  , and assembly line processes

• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and using tools like AutoCAD or Solid Works.

• Experience in working with SAP systems and production tracking software.

• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and factory safety practices.
  Prior experience in an HVAC accessory manufacturing facility.

• Exposure to lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma practices.

• Ability to lead a team and train production operators.
