Machine Operator

Operate honey processing filtration moisture reduction pumping filling capping labeling and packaging equipment in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures SOPs Set up production equipment according to batch specifications and production schedules Monitor machine performance throughout production to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operation Perform machine start-up shutdown and product changeover activities safely and efficiently Ensure equipment operates within validated process parameters

Produce finished honey and bee products according to approved production plans Verify batch numbers product codes packaging materials and labeling before production Monitor production output yield and product quality during processing Minimize product loss waste and downtime Report production deviations immediately to the Processing Logistics Lead

Follow Good Manufacturing Practices GMP Good Hygiene Practices GHP and Good Documentation Practices GDP at all times Complete Batch Manufacturing Records BMR Batch Packaging Records BPR equipment logbooks and production records accurately Ensure complete traceability of all production batches Record production parameters machine settings and operational observations

Perform cleaning and sanitation of production equipment according to approved Cleaning SOPs Verify equipment cleanliness before production Prevent cross-contamination between production batches Maintain production areas in a clean and hygienic condition

Conduct routine machine inspections before and after production Perform basic preventive maintenance and lubrication as instructed Identify equipment abnormalities and report maintenance requirements promptly Assist Maintenance Technicians during repairs and servicing

Monitor critical control points CCPs during production Ensure products meet approved quality specifications Support QA and QC sampling activities Immediately report non-conforming products or equipment failures Comply with HACCP ISO 22000 UAE Organic and EU Organic requirements

Follow all workplace health and safety procedures Wear required Personal Protective Equipment PPE Maintain safe operation of machinery Report unsafe conditions incidents or near misses immediately Support emergency response procedures when required

Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Suggest improvements to increase production efficiency and reduce downtime Participate in GMP food safety and technical training programs Support implementation of new equipment and production technologies

Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Food Processing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Vocational training in machine operation is preferred. GMP training is preferred. Experience Minimum 2 years of experience operating food processing, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, beverage, or packaging machinery. Experience operating automated filling, labeling, packaging or liquid processing equipment is preferred. Familiarity with GMP manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
