As a Blow Molding Supervisor supporting advanced packaging manufacturing at Al Bayader International in Sharjah, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of blow molding shift operations, machine setup, parameter tuning, and workforce coordination. Your day-to-day responsibilities include supervising machine operators, monitoring cycle times and bottle/container wall thickness, troubleshooting molding defects, executing preventative maintenance coordination, and maintaining strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

You will utilize your proactive, hands-on leadership style to resolve technical challenges and achieve daily production targets.

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day blow molding shift operations, production schedules, and floor personnel in a packaging manufacturing environment.
• Monitor blow molding machine parameters, extrusion temperatures, clamp pressures, cycle times, and container wall thickness.
• Execute rapid mold changeovers, machine setups, color changes, and trial runs adhering to strict technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot blow molding defects (e.g., uneven wall thickness, flash, parison sag, contamination) and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and product specifications.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules, machine servicing, and minor repairs with internal maintenance engineering squads.
• Lead shift handovers, conduct safety toolbox talks, and maintain meticulous production logs, downtime records, and material usage reports.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate machine operators and junior technicians to foster a high-performance production culture.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Plastics Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of progressive professional experience in blow molding operations within the plastics or packaging manufacturing industry.
• Strong practical hands‑on expertise in extrusion blow molding (EBM) and stretch blow molding (SBM) machines and auxiliary equipment.
• In-depth knowledge of polymer materials (HDPE, PET, PP), mold design, parison programming, and quality inspection techniques.
• Excellent leadership, supervisory, and cross‑functional communication skills.
• Mandatory legal work eligibility in the United Arab Emirates with local residency and availability for on‑site operations in Sharjah.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution aptitude in fast‑paced industrial environments.
• High professional accountability, attention to detail, and dedication to maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards.

• Prior professional working experience in multinational packaging companies or high-volume consumer goods manufacturing plants in the UAE.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or 5S operational methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of leak testing equipment and automated trimming systems.
• Familiarity with ERP manufacturing modules (SAP / Oracle).
