Work Mode: On-site Job Description / Role:
Looking for an experienced Shift Miller / Chakki Miller from Flour Mill background to manage milling operations during shift and ensure optimum flour extraction and quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and manage flour mill / chakki mill machinery during the shift
- Monitor wheat conditioning, grinding, sifting, and flour extraction rates
- Adjust roller mills, plansifters, and purifiers to maintain quality and yield
- Ensure production targets, extraction %, and quality parameters are achieved
- Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with maintenance team
- Maintain shift reports, production logs, and quality records
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and safety compliance (HACCP, ISO)
- Lead and guide mill operators and helpers in the shift
Required:
- Minimum 5 years as Shift Miller / Chakki Miller in Flour Mills (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of milling process
