Production Manager, Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma, Operations Management, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations
Production Manager. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will run day-to-day manufacturing and help set up our upcoming Saudi plant. You will also support our move into 11kV MV Switchgear, Capacitor Banks and RMU manufacturing.
Key ResponsibilitiesBe the single point of contact for delivery commitments and ensure on-time delivery
Make sure every quality process is followed, with no stage skipped
Turn monthly delivery plans into weekly Production and QC schedules
Manage manpower planning and recruitment with HR
Set KPIs for the Manufacturing team and drive continuous improvement
Lead cost reduction, cycle-time reduction and process improvement
Maintain a safe, clean, customer-ready shop floor with a goal of zero accidents
What We’re Looking ForBE graduate with 10+ years in MV Switchgear, Relay Panel and RMU manufacturing
Hands‑on experience with SAP, Odoo or a similar ERP
Strong planning and shop‑floor leadership skills
- Experience setting up a new facility or KSA exposure is a plus
