We are seeking an AI-Driven Digital Marketing Specialist to build and scale lead generation and brand growth for our B2B software projects. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role for a tech‑savvy marketer who leverages AI and modern marketing technology to move faster, test smarter, and continuously optimize performance.
You will own end‑to‑end digital execution—from campaign launches to conversion optimization—while introducing innovative, cost‑efficient, and high‑leverage marketing approaches to drive pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities 1. AI-Driven Growth & Experimentation- Use AI tools extensively across ads, creatives, landing pages, SEO, content, reporting, and workflow automation to accelerate execution and improve outcomes.
- Identify and test new growth channels relevant to B2B software, including communities, partnerships, newsletters, affiliates, influencer/creator marketing, and intent‑based targeting.
- Plan, launch, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Linked In, Google, and retargeting channels.
- Own funnel performance metrics including CPL, lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
- Build and continuously optimize audiences, targeting strategies, offers, landing pages, and conversion events to improve both lead quality and volume.
- Build and execute a content and distribution strategy that supports demand generation, campaigns, and sales enablement.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Support go‑to‑market launches for new products and initiatives.
- Coordinate creative and content production internally and with agencies or freelancers as required.
- Manage email nurture programs and marketing automation workflows.
- Maintain CRM hygiene, including accurate lead source tracking and lifecycle stage management.
- Ensure reliable tracking across platforms (GA4, GTM, pixels, UTMs).
- Use AI tools for automated data synthesis, insight generation, and performance reporting, delivering clear weekly and monthly insights.
- Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion, and handover through better targeting, messaging, and nurturing.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- 2–5 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, with clear ownership of lead generation outcomes (B2B experience strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated, practical use of AI tools in daily marketing work (ads, content, analytics, automation), ideally supported by a portfolio or examples showing innovative, low‑cost, high‑impact execution.
- Experience working in startups or SMEs where resourcefulness, speed, and high ownership were essential.
- Strong performance marketing experience (Linked In and/or Google), with solid landing page and conversion optimization skills.
- Experimental, AI‑first mindset with a bias toward action and learning.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate business goals into measurable KPIs.
- Tech‑savvy, highly organized, and execution‑focused.
- Clear communicator who can collaborate effectively across marketing and sales.
