Marketing Communications Executive

Reigate Grammar Schools UAE is launching RGS Sharjah in Masaar, Sharjah. RGS traces its roots to Reigate Grammar School in the UK, founded in 1675, with more than 350 years of British educational heritage.

We are looking for a Founding Marketing & Communications Executive to build the school's brand presence from day 1.

This is a hands-on, creative, community-facing role for someone who can run the school's content, social media, events, and community relationships day to day. You will be the voice of the school online and its face at every event.

We need someone who creates fast, shows up in person, builds real relationships with parents and communities, and keeps every channel active and on-brand.

School or education marketing experience is nice to have, not required. Strong content, social media, or events experience is what matters, if you can show work that grew an audience.

• Own the content strategy and social media calendar aligned with RGS brand messaging.
• Run Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Facebook, Linked In, plus the parent newsletter.
• Plan and deliver Open Days and community events end to end: concept, logistics, promotion, follow up.
• Build and activate relationships with Masaar Moms, local parent groups, ARADA, and surrounding communities.
• Coordinate designers, videographers, PR agencies, influencers, and other creative suppliers.
• Work with admissions to turn content, events, and community engagement into enquiries.

• Strong content instinct, native fluency in Instagram, Tik Tok, and short-form video.
• Experience in content creation, social media, community management, events, or lifestyle brands. If you can show work that grew an audience, then it's okay.
• Confident event organizer, comfortable owning logistics and being visible on the day.
• Professional presence suitable for a premium British school.
• Strong English. Arabic or UAE community languages are a plus.

• Canva, Cap Cut, or similar content and publishing tools.
