Intern - Content Creator

Novotel Sharjah Expo Center, the first-established Novotel hotel in the city, is located next to Sharjah Expo Centre, close to Dubai, with convenient access to Sharjah's major business & leisure hubs. The wide choice of rooms, with a panoramic view of Mamzar Lagoon, offers each guest the freedom to experience their stay to the maximum. The hotel offers two great restaurants, including Tahi Arabic restaurant.

We are seeking a creative and motivated Content Creator Intern to amplify our hotel's brand presence across digital and print platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in hospitality marketing while developing your skills in social media strategy, content creation, and digital marketing. You'll work alongside our marketing team to craft compelling campaigns, manage digital assets, and ensure our brand story resonates across all channels.

• Create and schedule engaging, on-brand social media content across Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Tik Tok, and emerging platforms.
• Drive audience engagement by monitoring performance metrics and identifying opportunities to optimize reach and impact.
• Collaborate on paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads) to maximize ROI.
• Build community by engaging authentically with followers and responding to comments and messages in real-time.

• Craft compelling written, visual, and video content that brings our hotel's story to life across digital and print channels.
• Capture authentic moments through photography and videography for promotional materials—from events and culinary experiences to immersive room tours.
• Polish and enhance images and videos using professional editing techniques to maintain our elevated brand standards.

• Organize and maintain our digital asset library, ensuring brand guidelines and creative resources are accessible and up-to-date.
• Design and produce eye-catching marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, menus, and signage that reflect our brand identity.
• Champion brand consistency across all materials and touchpoints.

• Support email marketing campaigns and newsletter creation that drive guest engagement and loyalty.
• Coordinate promotional events and partnership opportunities that expand our market reach.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform our marketing strategy.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Food & Beverage, and Front Office teams to create integrated marketing initiatives.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Media, or a related field.
• Strong interest insocial media, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge ofgraphic design tools(Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
• Familiarity withphotography/videographyand editing software (Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Cap Cut).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in [English + any other relevant language].
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior internship or project experience in marketing (preferred but not required).
