We are seeking a results-driven Growth Speacialist with 5-8 years of experience in digital and performance marketing to drive revenue growth, optimize lead generation and conversion, manage paid advertising campaigns, lead a high-performing marketing team, and collaborate with sales to achieve measurable business results.

• Drive revenue growth by achieving clear targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and marketing-driven revenue.
• Manage and optimize the marketing funnel from awareness to sale, collaborating closely with the sales team to enhance lead quality.
• Oversee advertising campaigns across various platforms (Meta, Google, Marketplace) and analyze performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
• Lead the marketing team (Content, Ads, Design, PR) by prioritizing tasks, ensuring quality execution, and continuously developing team performance.
• Coordinate weekly with sales and customer service to improve lead quality and address reasons for deal failures.

• 5-8 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing; E-commerce experience is a plus.
• Proven track record in managing advertising campaigns, analysing data, and optimizing conversion rates.
• Strong leadership experience in team management and development.
• Solid understanding of the relationship between marketing and sales, with a performance mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results consistently.

• Salary range AED 6,000 - AED 8,000
