- Support the execution of social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, Linked In, You Tube, Tik Tok, and Snapchat
- Track performance metrics including reach, engagement, and follower growth
- Execute paid social media and follower campaigns
- Manage the social media content calendar and scheduling
- Monitor community engagement and support responses to comments and messages
- Build relationships with influencers, content creators, and agencies
- Collaborate with internal departments to align content with corporate initiatives
- Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all touchpoints
- Coordinate influencer and content creator partnerships
- Support social media coverage of company events and route launches
- Maintain relationships with social media management and analytics tool providers
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or equivalent
- 5+ years of progressive experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Proven track record of growing brand presence on social media
- Strong command of social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprinklr)
- Strong content creation, copywriting, and basic photo/video editing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, and emerging digital trends
- Experience in community management and online reputation management
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Knowledgeable in social media platform policies and data privacy regulations
