This is a full-time, hybrid position responsible for driving customer growth and brand positioning across all marketing channels. About Wahed:

The company is committed to building an ethical, accessible financial system aligned with Islamic principles. Products include a Nasdaq-listed Shariah-compliant equity ETF, halal savings alternatives, and structured real-estate investment products—all with zero leverage or riba.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives, brand positioning and customer acquisition goals Own the marketing calendar, managing campaigns across product launches, content distribution, partnerships, events and customer communications Plan and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across search and social media platforms, managing budgets and tracking CAC, conversion rates, ROAS and other KPIs Build and maintain Wahed's social media presence with engaging, on-brand content across all platforms Create and coordinate marketing assets including copy, graphics, short-form video, articles, email campaigns and promotional materials Design email, push-notification and lifecycle campaigns for customer onboarding, engagement, retention and reactivation Develop referral and loyalty programs to drive organic customer advocacy and growth Identify and manage relationships with influencers, affiliates, community partners and external agencies Plan and execute webinars, seminars, community events and in-person or virtual activations Support product launches, media relations and corporate communications initiatives Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and customer trends Report on campaign performance with insights and recommendations;

ensure marketing compliance with internal approvals and regulatory requirements in the Islamic finance space Collaborate cross-functionally with Country Management, Product, Compliance, Legal, Operations and global teams Requirements: 4–7 years of marketing experience in fintech, financial services, technology or similar fast-growth environments Demonstrated hands-on expertise across performance marketing, social media, content creation, email campaigns, partnerships and events Strong copywriting and content-creation skills;

ability to brief or create visual and video content Experience managing paid media budgets, vendor relationships, agencies and influencer partnerships Data-driven approach with ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize based on metrics Strong project management, communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently in hybrid/remote settings while managing competing priorities Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field Advantage:
Prior financial-services marketing experience or familiarity with Islamic/Sharia-compliant finance
