MOHAP Registered Nurse; ICU​/ER - University Hospital

Job Requirements

• Must legally hold a fully active Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) Registered Nurse License, or a valid MOHAP Evaluation Letter ready for immediate UAE labor processing.
• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable, continuous clinical bedside experience within a fast paced academic or regional referral hospital, specifically targeting Critical Care or Emergency wards.
• Mandatory possession of active, up to date BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence based patient care during demanding 12 hour rotational shifts, including continuous vital sign monitoring, ventilator management, and safe medication administration.
• Maintain 100% compliance with stringent MOHAP healthcare regulations and strict hospital infection control protocols to ensure absolute patient safety and facilitate medical student teaching.
• Accurately and rapidly document all patient interactions, physician orders, and nursing interventions into the hospital's digital electronic medical record (EMR) system.
