This role is responsible for providing and maintaining a high standard of individualized nursing care to patients and their family members according to current best‑evidence based standards, using best judgement at all times in alignment with DOH/DHA and organization policies, procedures, guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial patient assessments and coordinate referrals as per clinical guidelines.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care considering medical and surgical needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely, including post‑operative care.
  • Monitor patient condition, recognize changes, and elevate concerns appropriately.
  • Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team for coordinated care.
  • Ensure proper use of clinical equipment and maintain safety and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support continuity of care.
  • Educate patients and families, address concerns, and support a smooth patient journey.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Valid DOH/DHA/MOH license or DOH eligibility.
  • Minimum 2 years of Operating Theatre experience, preferably with Orthopedics experience.
  • BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS is an advantage.
