The role is responsible for supporting daily Outpatient Clinics operations by ensuring efficient patient flow, safe clinical practices, and high‑quality patient care. The Registered Nurse will assist in clinical procedures, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate documentation while adhering to hospital policies and standards. The position plays a key role in enhancing patient experience, ensuring safety, and supporting service continuity within the Outpatient Clinics.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and facilitate efficient patient flow to ensure a seamless outpatient experience and effective clinic operations.
- Perform nursing assessments and clinical procedures within scope of practice, including vital signs monitoring, venipuncture, specimen collection, and medication administration.
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record (Cerner) in a timely manner.
- Support physicians and allied health professionals during consultations, examinations, and outpatient procedures.
- Ensure compliance with M42 policies, infection prevention and control standards, patient safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide patient and family education on treatment plans, medications, procedures, and follow‑up care instructions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), to support coordinated patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, incident reporting, and the effective management of clinical supplies and equipment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Valid medical license or eligibility from Department of Health (DOH).
- 3-5 years experience in an Outpatient Setting.
- Proven leadership and team lead experience.
- Strong critical‑thinking and decision‑making skills under pressure.
