Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Nurse Manager to join a prestigious private healthcare facility. The Senior Nurse Manager will play a key role in overseeing nursing operations, implementing best practices, and driving excellence in patient care delivery. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team of nursing professionals and contribute to the advancement of healthcare services in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care outcomes.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of nursing practice and quality of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care coordination.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
- Participate in strategic planning and quality improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to staff development, training, and performance evaluations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s degree preferred).
- Valid nursing license from a recognized regulatory body.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive nursing experience.
- Previous leadership experience in nursing management or supervisory roles.
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to mentor and develop nursing staff.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)
- Valid UAE license (DHA / DOH / MOH) or eligibility
- Minimum 5–8 years of nursing experience
- At least 2–3 years in a leadership/managerial role
- Hospital experience is required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Salary: AED 20,000 – AED 40,000 (depending on experience)
