Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage all QA/QC operations, ensuring adherence to project specifications and international standards.
* Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality control procedures and inspection plans for Oil and Gas projects.
* Lead and mentor a team of QA/QC professionals, inspectors, and surveyors.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
* Ensure compliance with ISO certifications and industry best practices.
* Prepare comprehensive QA/QC reports and documentation for clients and internal stakeholders.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in QA/QC operations, with significant exposure to the Oil and Gas industry.
* In-depth knowledge of international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry-specific regulations.
* Proven leadership and team management abilities.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
