QC Inspector; Oil & Gas Industry

• Review project specifications, drawings, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and quality procedures prior to fabrication.
• Monitor fabrication activities including cutting, forming, welding, assembly, blasting, painting/coating, and final inspection.
• Ensure compliance with applicable international codes and standards such as ASME, API, AWS, ISO, ASTM, NACE/AMPP, and client specifications.
• Conduct dimensional inspections and visual examinations at various stages of fabrication.
• Coordinate and witness Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) such as RT, UT, MT, PT, and PMI when required.
• Verify material identification, traceability, and certification (MTCs / Mill Certificates).
• Ensure calibration status of measuring and testing equipment.
• Review and approve welding procedures (WPS/PQR), welder qualifications, and consumables control.
• Inspect surface preparation and coating applications as per approved procedures.
• Identify, raise, and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective/preventive actions.
• Liaise with production, engineering, planning, and client/third‑party inspectors.
• Prepare inspection reports, dossiers, and Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs).
• Participate in internal audits, client audits, and quality meetings.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001).
• Ensure adherence to HSE requirements during inspections and site activities.

• Bachelor's degree (Required)
• Oil and gas experience: 4 years (Required)

AED 3,000.00 – AED 5,000.00 per month
