- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field is essential for technical competence
- Minimum of 9 years of QAQC experience in construction, manufacturing, or relevant industries
- Certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or CQI are highly valued for demonstrating expertise
- Proven experience in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications is crucial for effective inspections
