Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Quality Assurance Quality Control plans procedures and checklists for site works
- Conduct regular inspections of materials workmanship and installation processes structural steel membrane fabric work foundations civil works
- Review and verify compliance with approved drawings specifications and international local codes and standards
- Raise and track Non-Conformance Reports NCRs and follow up on corrective actions
- Coordinate Inspection Test Plans ITPs with site engineers subcontractors and consultants
- Witness and document material testing concrete steel welding etc as applicable
- Prepare and maintain QA QC documentation inspection records and reports
- Liaise with third‑party inspection bodies consultants and clients during audits inspections
- Support in obtaining approvals and sign‑offs at project milestones
- Conduct root‑cause analysis for recurring quality issues and recommend improvements
- Ensure quality standards are upheld through project closeout and handover
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 2-5 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction (tensile structures, landscaping, or similar sectors is a plus)
- UAE experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, ISO standards, and construction quality procedures
- Familiarity with inspection tools, testing methods, and documentation systems
- Attention to detail and strong analytical/problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills (liaising across site teams, consultants, clients)
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with QA/QC software or ERP systems is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
