To manage the quality assurance and quality control process for building construction projects, from documentation and inspection planning through to internal audits and project handover.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement project-specific quality plans, ITPs and method statements.
Lead internal quality audits and support external/client audits as required.
Manage the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Oversee and mentor QA/QC Inspectors to ensure consistent inspection standards on site.
Coordinate with project management, subcontractors and consultants on quality matters.
Maintain quality documentation, registers and reporting in line with ISO 9001 requirements.
Support project close-out and handover through quality compliance verification.
- 5+ years of QA/QC engineering experience within the UAE/GCC construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
- Proven experience preparing ITPs, method statements and quality plans.
- Skilled in internal audits, vendor assessments and non-conformance management.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; recognized QA/QC certification preferred.
