To manage quality assurance and quality control for mechanical works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and implement inspection test plans (ITPs) for mechanical works. Conduct inspections and witness tests for mechanical installations. Raise, track and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) related to mechanical works. Review method statements and material submittals for mechanical systems. Support internal and external audits related to mechanical quality processes.
Maintain quality documentation and inspection records.
- 6+ years UAE/GCC experience in QA/QC – Mechanical.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and mechanical inspection test plans (ITPs).
- Experience raising and closing NCRs on mechanical works.
- Skilled in reviewing method statements and material submittals.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
