- Conduct quality inspections throughout joinery production and site installation activities.
- Inspect joinery works against approved shop drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Verify dimensions, materials, finishes, edge banding, hardware, and workmanship before product release.
- Inspect raw materials, veneers, laminates, solid wood, paints, hardware, and accessories prior to production.
- Monitor cutting, assembly, polishing, painting, finishing, and packaging processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Identify defects, non-conformities, and workmanship issues, ensuring timely corrective actions are implemented.
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections and approve completed products before dispatch to site.
- Perform installation inspections to ensure joinery works are installed in accordance with approved drawings and company standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Technical, Installation, and Project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Wood Technology.
- 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in joinery and interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes, materials, and installation methods.
- Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle (mandatory) for travel between factory and project sites.
