- Lead root cause analysis investigations for non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, with a preference for advanced degrees.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and control within the relevant industry sector.
- Certification such as Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or equivalent to demonstrate expertise in quality management systems.
- Experience in managing teams and leading quality initiatives effectively across diverse project environments.
