Job Description / Role:We are looking for a QA Officer with food industry background to ensure product quality and compliance with food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and monitor Quality Management Systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000)
- Conduct routine quality checks for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods
- Perform lab testing, sampling, and inspection as per standards
- Maintain QA documentation, COA, non-conformance reports, and audit records
- Handle internal audits, external audits, and customer complaints
- Coordinate with Production and QC teams to ensure corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with UAE food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Monitor GMP, GHP, and personal hygiene practices on shop floor
Required:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Food Quality System
- Experience in flour mill / food manufacturing preferred
- Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 is mandatory
- Good documentation and communication skills
